• Audit answers and calculated results, if you submit the Revenue Recovery Audit.
• Page-level analytics (pages viewed, navigation paths) where you have opted in.
• UTM and click-ID parameters where present, to attribute marketing.
• Server logs (IP address, timestamps, user agent) for security and abuse-prevention.

What we use it for

• Responding to your enquiry and the work we do for you.
• Sending the report you requested via the Audit.
• Improving the website and the platform.
• Marketing follow-up, where you have opted in.

Lawful basis

For Audit submissions and Discovery Call bookings: legitimate interest and your explicit consent for any marketing follow-up. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any email or emailing us directly.

Retention

Audit submissions and contact records are retained for the duration of any commercial relationship and for seven years after, in line with HMRC retention requirements. Cookie data is retained per the consent you give.
